To use Microsoft Outlook to download, view and manage e-mails etc we need to use G Suite Sync:


Open the following from the Start Menu:


Start > Google Suite Sync > Set up a G Suite Sync user

Enter your e-mail address. This will open an internet page and ask you to sign in to your Google account (if not already signed in).

You will be prompted to allow access to your account. Scroll to the bottom and click 'Allow'

Open the G Suite Sync from the task bar (it will be flashing along the bottom).

Choose 'Create Profile'

Choose 'Open Outlook'

Your e-mails and calendar items will now download to Outlook.

You only need to go through this process once. To access again, simply open Microsoft Outlook from the taskbar.
