Troubleshooting Direct Access

All LST issued laptops are configured for Direct Access. This allows you to connect to resources from home with the laptop without any additional steps.


Here are some troubleshooting steps to help when at home.


The status of Direct Access can be found by clicking on the wireless icon in the bottom right:



To use Direct Access, please connect to your home wireless.


When signed in you should Remove the Proxy Server to enable Internet Access.
