Adding Narrations to PowerPoint

Step 1: Open up the PowerPoint you want to add narrations to and navigate to insert, then media, then audio, and choose record audio from the drop down menu


Once the audio recording has been completed it will be added to the slide, repeat this process for each of the slides until satisfied


Step 2: Go to file then export, and then create a video, it will give you a wide array of options for quality, to ensure that the narrations previously inserted into the slide before choose the options below


Step 3: It will ask where to export the file to, choose the location as desired and name it as well, once this has been completed the video will start exporting, depending on the size and length of the PowerPoint this may take a while and the PC may run slowly during this, so it is best to do one of these at a time, but once the export is complete the device should speed back up and others can be completed. The progress of the install is shown in a bar at the bottom of the PowerPoint as shown in the example below
